Twana Harris, MA
Senior Consultant, Exude, Inc.
Twana is a highly accomplished corporate executive with significant strategic and operational experience in learning & leadership development, global workforce and talent management, and inclusion & diversity. Twana joined the Exude team as Senior Consultant in 2018. She is an expert trainer, leadership coach, and a dynamic keynote speaker with over 20 years of human resources experience in various senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 financial services corporations such as Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase.
Twana is very passionate about people development and helping others uncover and fully utilize their talent in the workplace. She is active in her community, contributes pro bono career coaching and attempts to make a difference wherever possible.
Twana holds a Master’s degree in psychology and is a certified organizational development consultant. She was the recipient of an American Psychological Association research grant, has presented her findings at various scholarly conferences.
Kristina Kohl, MBA, PMP
Managing Principal, HRComputes
Kristina guides clients through selection, implementation, and optimization of human capital digital solutions to attract, retain and develop their people. She leads the Becoming Sustainable practice, developing people strategy to align organizational mission with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Kristina brings executive business management experience from the corporate and not for profit worlds. Her background includes serving as Vice President and Manager at JPMorgan Chase. She is the author of Becoming a Sustainable Organization and a professor in the Bard MBA in Sustainability program.
She was named a 2020 Beacon ICON Award recipient for her work in women’s leadership and to the SJBiz 2020 Women to Watch List.
Kristina holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified PMP Program Manager.
