“Excuse Me – My Change Style is Showing!”

If you think that people resist change, think again. People resist the way the changes they are experiencing are being implemented. Often that way doesn’t align to their preferred change style.

Organizations don’t change – people do. And no skill is more important for today’s professionals leading/supporting clients moving through change than knowing how to help them manage it and leverage their change styles.

During this highly engaging and interactive event, you will gain insights to your own personal change style and attitudes about change.  You will be able to utilize your understandings to help your clients establish organizational change management plans that work for them.

This is going to be a fun event!  Invite your friends and join us!
