Entering the world of private equity can be an intimidating and downright difficult proposition for small business owners. That’s where Sidereal Capital comes into play. They help to bridge the gap between institutional investors and family and founder-owned businesses. Focusing on the lower middle-market market they could be your first foray into the Private Equity world. Gain a better understanding of the PE ecosystem what it’s like and required to work for a PE firm. This is where Sidereal shines, guiding you along the bumpy pitfalls that are inevitable and preparing you  for the next level.

This will certainly be one event you’ll want to attend.

Ken Bryantis a Managing Partner for SCG.  Prior to joining Sidereal, Ken was a Managing Director at RLJ Equity Partners, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm where he was a key member of the management team and investment committee. Ken joined RLJ from The Wicks Group of Companies, a middle market private equity firm with nearly $1 billion of assets under management where he spent nearly eight years as an investment professional and managed many of the firm's activities in the education and media sectors.  He has also worked at Enron Corp. where he developed international infrastructure projects in emerging markets and began his career as a Project Manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Ken is an active member of the community, serving as a Board member and Treasurer of Graham Windham, the oldest, nonsectarian child welfare agency in the United States.

He earned an A.B. from Harvard College and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and an M.A. from the School of Arts and Sciences.  He is a Fellow of the Lauder Institute International M.B.A. program.

Sidereal Capital Group is a private equity firm that focuses exclusively on lower middle-market companies operating within well-defined niches within the manufacturing and industrial services sectors. In particular, we specialize in situations where we represent the first institutional investor in smaller, family-owned or founder-owned businesses that have been limited by existing resources. We offer a collaborative approach for management teams and support them in the transformation of their businesses through strategic guidance, leadership development and process improvements.
