Join us on October 16th for a most provocative topic dealing with way men and women network.
How can men and women form more strategic business relationships?
In this program, you will learn the ways in which people network differently according to their gender and how that impacts the quality of their networks.
Our speaker, Jennifer Lynn Robinson, will address why women are not as successful as men with their networking efforts and how both genders can alter their networking styles to achieve more success in the workplace. Attendees will leave with practical takeaways for easy to implement changes to build better co-ed relationships.
And, in light of the “me too” movement, the interplay of men and women in the workplace has become even more complicated. We will discuss how interpersonal relationships and mentoring have changed with the rise of this movement. We will also discuss ways that everyone in the workplace can set appropriate boundaries and stay professional while still building a diverse network.
