How Leaders Spark Genius
April 19, 2018
Radnor Valley Country Club
7:30 to 10:30 am
A Deluxe Buffet Breakfast Will Be Served
Since the beginning of time, folks have wondered what sets some individuals apart from all the others. Where does their genius and brilliance come from? Does it come from natural gifts at birth, or is it nurtured over time, a combination of both, or something entirely different? Research has yet to discover a single source, or magic formula, which holds the answer. What we have learned is, breakthrough ideas, “genius moments,” are available to everyone. Yes, everyone! You don’t have to be a Leonardo Da Vinci, Auguste Rodin, an Albert Einstein, or a more contemporary, Steve Jobs, to change the course of business or knowledge.
Learn from local CEO's what they do to foster environments which nurture imagination and creativity, yielding these sparks of genius. You, too, can inspire genius. Join us on April 19 to learn what you can to stimulate your employees to achieve amazing results.

Miles heads a leadership team of highly qualified educational practitioners who are focused on redefining EW’s place in today’s dynamic learning landscape and Philadelphia’s challenged educational system. In the last two years, Miles has turnaround the largest provider of out-of-school time programming in the Greater Philadelphia area by engaging new leadership and refined the vision to be an innovator of high-quality, school-based programs and practices that bridge the experiential learning gap for youth in under-resourced schools and communities. Philadelphia born and raised, Miles is a long-term advocate of equal and fair public education and swimming in ambiguity. And in his workplace that means creating an environment where students and staff understand that failure and quick thinking can lead to success.
