In addition, we will be changing the purpose and structure of the Power Breakfast meetings and will be looking for your input on our thinking.
Robert Scott Campbell
Robert Scott Campbell, a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Wellington Management Group, has over 35 years of experience in providing professional advisory and consulting services to Corporate America. The primary focus of his activities is the recruitment of senior executives and key managers for Global 2000 companies primarily in the consumer products and retail, industrial products manufacturing, technology and communications, and healthcare and life sciences sectors.
The majority of the recent assignments conducted by Mr. Campbell include Chief Executive, Chief Operating, and Chief Financial Officers at the corporate and business unit levels. In addition, he has conducted searches for key Vice Presidents across functional areas including accounting and finance, corporate and business development, marketing, manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, and human resources.
In addition to his work with the firm's major, multinational publicly-held and privately-held clients, Mr. Campbell has an extensive background in the assessment and recruitment of senior management during their pre and post-acquisition related integration activities. Many of his clients are engaged in significant corporate development initiatives and have evolving organizational structures. Those clients and their stakeholders rely upon his experience with complex merger and acquisition and related integration activities, and the firm’s ability to attract proven executive talent for those demanding situations.
Having begun his career with Arthur Andersen, Mr. Campbell managed the audits of several large, publicly-held companies. He was recruited by one of his clients, a publicly-held consumer products company, where he was initially responsible for the evaluation, negotiation, and transaction management of the company's business development initiatives, including all acquisition activities. Mr. Campbell was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, with dual majors in Accounting and Economics from Rider University. In addition, he has completed his coursework and examinations for a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Joshua Selekman is a trusted, forward-thinking and results-oriented Senior Human Resources Executive with a proven record of accomplishment in HR strategy development, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, coaching and mentoring, leadership development, employee relations, succession planning, HR operations leadership, and change management. He leverages strong interpersonal skills along with extensive international experience to work effectively across large, complex, and diverse organizations. Josh is a strategically minded and customer-focused leader who uses HR and business knowledge to develop and execute strategies that drive organizational objectives.
Josh has held multiple HR roles with three global organizations: Hexion, W.L. Gore & Associates and DuPont (private equity-owned, private and public organizations, respectively).
Most recently, Josh established Selekman Business Solutions, LLC, and is consulting with CSL Behring, specifically, leading change management, communications and training associated with the implementation of a global project. Previously, Josh consulted with Hexion, Momentive Performance Materials as well as other for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Josh received his MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. He received his BA in Psychology with a Spanish minor from Villanova. Finally, Josh earned his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 1999.
Barbara Taylor offers 20+ years of expertise in business coaching, talent management leadership development and performance management.
Barbara has built a reputation for designing creative leadership development programs. She has designed and implemented effective talent management strategies for numerous Fortune 500 clients including Comcast, New York Life, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, L3, Sara Lee, Goodwill, and Kellogg Company.
Currently, she is a business partner of JanBara & Associates, a coaching and executive development firm specializing in accelerating the performance of people and organizations. The JanBara partners believe that purposeful human performance is the greatest contributing factor to a company’s success.
Individually, Barbara works with clients on two areas – 1) increasing their leadership behaviors, skills and executive presences and 2) developing effective job search strategies.
In 2013, Barbara received the “Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award” by the National Diversity Council. And, in 2017 she received Beacon’s MAC Award.
