Harry Cubit is a Senior Operations Executive with over 25 years of success in designing, building and leading operations within the financial services industry across the U.S., Canada and Europe. In this context, Harry has had the opportunity to apply operational or “supply chain” principles in a services environment, such as client service design, transaction processing, business process change, vendor management, project management and technology disciplines. Harry’s experience spans a wide array of areas such as organizational/talent development, business process management/Six Sigma, client service design, imaging/workflow/CRM systems, scorecards and project management. Throughout his career, Harry has had the opportunity to proactively design and execute operational solutions in high growth environments, forging partnerships to align goals across teams, processes and systems from a global perspective.
Currently, Harry is a SVP of Operations at SEI Investments, leading the Business Process Management Program for global operations, which includes the design, assessment, analysis and enhancements of over 140 processes across 3 sites. In addition, Harry has held various roles at SEI, building or leading global teams across advisory, wealth, institutional and high net worth clientele.
Prior to SEI, Harry held various officer and leadership roles at the Vanguard Group of Investment Companies. During his tenure at Vanguard, Harry was responsible for managing operations for both the retail and institutional business lines along with the implementation of initiatives spanning new products, quality management and web based delivery projects.
Harry graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Operations Management and Marketing and holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Drexel University. Harry serves on the University of Delaware Lerner Business School Alumni Board (College Support Chair) and remains active in various Mentor programs at both universities. Harry is active in various business process management organizations and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Harry coaches various youth sports teams and is active in various local not for profit service groups.
