GPSEG’s CEO Summit:

Building Your C-Suite Dream Team

Radnor Valley Country Club, Villanova, PA

December 2, 2015

7:30AM to 10:30AM

"Gettin' good players is easy. Gettin' 'em to play together is the hard part."

 --Casey Stengel

Whether you’re running a company, a business unit within a company, a non-profit or your own consulting boutique, your growth and success are highly dependent on your ability to create, build, manage, and reward a strong team who share and contribute to a unified vision.

GPSEG invites you to the second event in our CEO Summit series where you will be able to sit in on a conversation with a panel of successful CEOs willing to share candidly how they build a strong, effective senior team who can bring their best individual talents together for the corporate team's performance and then lead their respective divisions.  The panel, moderated by one of the region's noted HR leaders, will address such topics as:

  • Where do you look for C-Suite talent?  In-house?  Outside? When and why?
  • Do you hire all "alphas" to "fight it out," or do you look for a blend of personalities that will mesh more easily?
  • How do you get your high-powered talent to buy into a single corporate vision?
  • What incentives do you use for effective results?  A single, common plan or does it vary by duties and impact?
  • When ripples among the team arise, what are your most effective coping mechanisms and success strategies?

Our CEO Summit series is designed to provide a forum for senior business leaders in or aspiring to the C-Suite to learn from some of the region's most successful CEO's and from the opportunity to meet and network with one another in a candid discussion, including a lively Q & A session following the moderated conversation.
