Brad Golden is a senior operating executive and business consultant with a track record of re-engineering private equity-sponsored business services firms for increased revenue, margin and EBITDA through improved strategy and execution, more effective marketing and sales, sustainable operations improvements and astute financial management.
Brad is currently Vice President – Consulting at Kantar Retail, the retail and shopper specialists. Kantar Retail, part of WPP, the world’s largest marketing services company, specializes in helping clients sell more effectively and profitably. Prior to joining Kantar Retail, Brad served as CEO of Eastern Research Services, a large, PE-sponsored call center operation with facilities across the U.S. and Latin America. Before Eastern, Brad was Partner and Global Practice Leader at Kepner-Tregoe, an international operations improvement consulting and training firm. Brad also was Senior Vice President at Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a leading, private equity-backed provider of market information, analytics and business intelligence software.
Earlier in his career, Brad was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble and Campbell Soup, where he had the privilege of leading such iconic brands as Tide, Prego and Campbell’s Soup. Brad earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia University and a BA, with honors, in Economics from Clark University. He and his family reside near Philadelphia.
In addition to chairing GPSEG’s Private Equity Subgroup, Brad is very active in fundraising and alumni affairs for both Clark and Columbia. He is a frequent speaker on industry issues and trends. Brad believes strongly in GPSEG’s “networking for life” principle and is always happy to connect with fellow members.
