Peter Gualtieri is the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU). As a leader in this organization for more than a dozen years, Peter routinely meets and lobbies to both Federal and State political representatives. In addition, Peter has led growth and expansion efforts for both Savoy Associates (large regional general agency) and UnitedHealthcare (Fortune 20 health insurer). A graduate of Temple University with both a BBA and MBA in Marketing and Management, Peter also is a part-time small business owner with his family as they operate a series of restaurants in Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore (Barrels Italian Foods).

Chris Handley is the Education Chair of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU). Chris is also the Regional Sales Director at Savoy where he works with select brokers to grow their business by leveraging the comprehensive resources Savoy has developed. Before coming to Savoy, Chris was a successful sales leader with UnitedHealthcare, where he earned several awards including the “Most Valuable Player Award”. Chris graduated with honors while attaining his Masters Degree from Penn State University.
