X vs Y: Overcoming Gender Bias on Your Way to the C-Suite

That gender bias exists in the workplace is no surprise.  What will surprise you is the approach our program  takes in providing solutions to women to overcome gender-driven obstacles to their career advancement.

Two presenters, a woman and a man, will act in a series of workplace scenarios that illustrate a common obstacle executive women face in trying to interact successfully in a male-focused business ecosystem.

No panelists.  No lectures.  No lengthy PowerPoints.

After the scenario is played, the duo steps out of character and engages the audience in a series of thought-provoking “what happened,” “why,” and “what could you do differently” questions and conversation.

The seminar leaders will guide the discussion to reveal new insights about the demonstrated behaviors, new tactics women can use to change the perception of colleagues about their job performance and promotability,

One last key point – this session is NOT just for women!

The opportunities for changing the business ecosystem can be shared by all.  Men will gain new understanding of their work environment and what they can do to bring forward the talent that women executives have to offer.

Our event will be VERY interactive!  And several scenarios will be explored!

We will bring a powerful combination of insight and practical steps for effective change, as well as have a bit of fun in the process.

This program is led by two accomplished senior business people – one woman and one man.  Their combined experiences and expertise enable them to understand, portray, and analyze a wide range of workplace situations.  Incorporating both the male and female perspective in understanding gender-driven work biases is critical to this seminar’s success.
