Reimagining the Future - A Journey through the Looking Glass…

A convergence of paradigm shifts is upon us and its trajectory has become exponential. The accelerating pace of change and emerging platform are shaping a looking-glass world; where everything we think we know is challenged and our long-held success strategies are rendered ineffective. We can no longer accurately predict the future, but instead must rehearse it. This convergence is creating disruptive stress and fueling opportunity, while blurring industry and functional boundaries. It will have a profound effect as structure, value and traditional transformation strategies are challenged, re-examined and re-imagined.

Frank Diana will describe this emerging world that could, in amazingly short order, change everything we know and understand about business.

Frank Diana, Principal, Future of Business, Tata Consultancy Services

Mr. Diana has served in various executive roles throughout his career, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience. He is currently leading efforts to define and enable the Future of Business for TCS Global Consulting. Prior to joining TCS, Mr. Diana was Executive Vice President of enherent Corp., where he led a business analytics growth initiative focused on leveraging advanced forms of analytics to deliver business outcomes. For Aelera Corporation where he served as Chief Product Officer, he managed the development of a market facing social computing and advanced analytics platform.

Mr. Diana served as CEO of Traxian, Inc., a Silicon Valley software start-up focused on the B2B enablement of small and mid-sized businesses, and as Chief Technology Officer of Fujitsu Consulting, he developed the company’s extended enterprise vision, serving as the face to the market and analyst community. He began his career at AT&T, holding various senior roles including CIO for the company’s international financial operation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Rider College.
