Heart Centered Leadership

(One hour CPE credit)

Leadership requires first connecting to, then inspiring, people. To make a lasting impact, it means removing our own personal and psychological barriers then recognizing, cultivating, and maintaining that connection. If each of us unveils and removes all the barriers we have put over our hearts, we will come from a different place, and our paradigm for relating — the ways we see, approach and work with others — will shift.  It's a shift from what are we doing to who are we being?  It is not about learning new skills or competencies. It is about remembering who we are as human beings and letting go of what no longer serves us.  In this interactive presentation, Kelly Meerbott will give you an overview of what it means to be a heart-centered leader, how to implement it in our lives to distinguish ourselves from the competition.
