Learning to Fly Lean Program

We all know that the key to Lean Manufacturing is the elimination of waste.  What some of us may not understand is that Lean is not just for manufacturing and secondly just how do we go about the process of eliminating waste.

Learning to Fly Lean is an interactive approach to understanding the Kaizen event which is the lean process to eliminate waste.  Kaizen is Japanese for “change for the good”.  Learning to Fly Lean takes a process, following the principles of Kaizen, and  participants will see first-hand how the process works.

Join us for a wonderful night of networking along with a fun, enjoyable program reinforcing the Kaizen concepts and Learn to Fly Lean!
