About our Speakers:
Jennifer Guy has been working for 20 years as a consultant and executive coach, turning her experience across a wide variety of industries into LeadingStrategically’s tools and programs. She has specialized in the area of organizational optimization, including executive development and culture change. She has consulted in the US and internationally.

Jennifer earned her B.A. in Music Performance from Ohio State University and a M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Greg Burnham has 30 years of experience in a range of industries from pharmaceuticals to transportation to assessment testing. He has advised start-up companies and done executive coaching. He has used expertise in mathematics, statistics, and technology to make innovative contributions in the areas of clinical trials, product safety, biochemical screening, E-Z Pass, transit payment systems, perimeter defense, outcomes research, and product development.
He has considerable experience with business-wide strategy, product mix, corporate partnerships, investment selection, staffing, operational efficiency, corporate infrastructure, and post-merger consolidations.
