"What It’s Really Like to be CEO of a Private Equity Portfolio Company"
Andy Cvitanov - President & CEO, SDI
Ever wonder what its really like to be CEO of a private equity-sponsored portfolio company? Dream job? Or more challenges than you thought?
Please join us on March 17 when one of our own members, Andy Cvitanov, President & CEO of SDI, will discuss his experiences. Andy’s talk will focus on leading turnarounds at private equity-sponsored companies (he’s done three), building senior teams with the right skills and constitution, the intriguing relationship between portfolio company CEO, Operating Partner and Board, and how he’s navigating the challenges of leading a PE-backed company with high growth expectations. And if that isn’t enough, Andy will also touch on his prior experiences as co-founder of a PE firm which invested in lower middle market companies. One hour to speak, plenty to share. This will be another content-rich event. Subgroup members are encouraged to register shortly to avoid disappointment.
