Power Breakfast Meeting

7:30am - 11:00am

Philadelphia Country Club

1601 Spring Mill Road

Gladwyne, PA

November 17 is the final Power Breakfast of the Year!  The Power Breakfast is intended exclusively for members who are In-Transition and it’s a great place for new GPSEG Members to get started with the organization.

This month our speaker is Adam Berman, who is the Director of Talent Management at Taygan Point, where he is in charge of talent acquisition and development for the company.  The company has an interesting business model and should be of interest to a number of you.  Adam has a deep background in Retained Executive Search and he’s an excellent resource to shed some light on hiring trends.  It’s a chance to get some really current information and to ask questions in a safe environment.

Adam Berman

Director of Talent Management, TayganPoint

With over 25 years of experience, Adam Berman is TayganPoint’s Director of Talent Management, where he’s in charge of talent acquisition and development for the company.

Prior to TayganPoint, Adam held several managerial and senior leadership positions for companies including Kreischer Miller, Joule, Inc., The Compass Group/Flik International, and Manhattanville College. In these roles he helped recruit talent, implement programs and reduce organizational expenditures.

Several of Adam’s recent projects include:

  • Re-engineered TayanPoint’s Talent Acquisition process to ensure more effective recruitment of “best-fit” candidates, including validation of skills and cultural fit and a decreased time-to-hire ratio, resulting in staff growth of over 30% in 7 months.
  • Expanded brand recognition for an independent retained search and advisory firm which led to its ranking in the Philadelphia Business Journal “Top 10” every year, from 2006 to present, and increased new business revenue by 60%.
